The Yard Social ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: name, phone number, email, party size and preferences.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site running.
Why we use it
- To confirm and manage your table bookings and contact you about them.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who sees it
Only our venue team and the service providers that host our website and booking records, under confidentiality obligations. Data may be stored on servers outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for up to 12 months after your event, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by speaking to our team at the venue. We will respond within 30 days.

This site uses only essential cookies and local storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
